When an industrialist decides on capacity expansion, the first step is usually the machinery order. Yet if the building permit, floor area ratio and zoning status, energy connection capacity and relations with the OSB administration are not clarified before the machinery arrives, the investment waits for months.
Three tracks must be planned together: parcel and zoning (floor area ratio, additional buildings, occupancy), energy (connection capacity increase, supply contract revision, solar integration) and OSB relations (infrastructure participation fees, commitments).
In the OSB-360 model these three tracks are tied to a single investment calendar; management follows from one table which document each track needs on which date.
