Entering the US: A Phased Growth Plan from State Selection to Fulfilment

US market entry begins with channel and logistics design, not with forming an LLC.

A significant share of Turkish companies expanding to the US complete incorporation but never reach the first sale. The reason is not legal but structural: the target customer, sales channel and logistics model were not designed before incorporation.

The phased plan has four stages. Stage one: state and location selection, target customer analysis, B2B / B2C channel decision. Stage two: LLC or C-Corp formation, EIN, banking and sector compliance. Stage three: importer structure, customs, warehousing and 3PL / fulfilment agreements. Stage four: distribution and sales channel agreements, brand positioning and growth calendar.

Our New York and Miami platforms run these four stages as a single programme in coordination with Istanbul headquarters.
